Tests take place at various times during a project realisation or during commissioning. Our experts take care for the proper execution according to the respective norms and standards. Sprecher Automation offers – inter alia – the following testings:
- Standard-compliant testing (local and via interfaces)
- Protection testing (secondary protection testing, repeat testing, but also primary relay testing)
- Cable testing & diagnosis up to 36 kV nominal voltage
- Testing and maintenance of electrical systems including test reports and advice concerning necessary measures
For our customers, the factory acceptance test is the first practical test of their project. Whereas previously everything was planned theoretically and mapped out in configurators or system diagrams, now real systems and devices are put through their paces.
Far away from the daily business, you have the opportunity to check and test the entire system realistically in peace and quiet, together with our experts. Ideally, you will find everything as you imagined it during planning. If not, it is still not a big deal. All of Sprecher‘s specialist departments – from development to production to support – are quickly and efficiently at your service. And it doesn‘t matter whether you are on site with us or whether you have chosen the digital version of factory acceptance testing.
On site
With a factory acceptance test on site, you naturally enjoy a few advantages. In the course of the FAT, you will visit the site involved in your project and can personally check the execution status and functionality on site – including testing according to your wishes. You will also get to know your counterpart at Sprecher personally.
You could also describe the on-site visit as an experience for all senses, as in this case you, for example, also can try the feel of your system.
Digital
Nevertheless: The digital version offers clear benefits in other areas.
Your team stays at home and saves on travel and planning that go hand in hand with an on-site factory acceptance test. The processes and information contents of the online version are of course identical to an on-site FAT. The quality remains unchanged at a high level.
Our team at our site will guide you through the plant by video, different camera perspectives allow you an all-round view and detailed views of your devices. This allows you to work as if you were really at our premises.
To keep the technology suitable for everyday use, we have developed a concept with own tools and established software from the market. This enables us to meet your requirements quickly and reliably. We also keep topics such as data transfer rates firmly in mind.
