Station Control - Substation Automation System (SAS)
As a station control system, SPRECON-E is applied to switchgear units and substations of all types and voltage levels. The flexible system concept and the wide-ranging scalability of the components allow practice-oriented, reliable and costeffective configurations. As a result, adaptions to specific requirements can be easily accomplished.
Beside implementation into new plants, SPRECON-E is also perfectly qualified for plant retrofit due to its flexibility and robustness.

Highest scalability
Due to their high scalability, SPRECON-E devices can be applied for various automation tasks in all types of plants and utilities. The modular design allows easy adaption to customer-specific requirements.
The modular principle therefore facilitates configuration of various functionalities as well as integration of various functionalities into one device.
Secure communication is achieved by applying standard protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101, -103 and -104. Furthermore, SPRECON-E also supports diverse proprietary protocols.
