Target:
- The participants independently configure the SPRECON automation system with the parameter assignment program SPRECON-E DESIGNER. SPRECON-E DESIGNER is used for quick, clear and easy-to-operate parameter assignment of control technology components and plants of all designs.

Prerequisites:
- Knowledge of the most important terms of automation technology, or SPRECON-E Basic Training.
Target:
- The participants successfully handle and create a control task in the SPRECON automation system using SPRECON-E PLC DESIGNER as a tool. They become familiar with the IEC 61131-conforming programming language focusing on function blocks (FB) and its application.

Target:
- In SPRECON-E-P-D6 one-box solution, protection and steering operate autonomously, as protection runs in a separate, independent task. The training focuses on parameter assignment of the protection function.

- Nowadays the standardization of telecommunication not only includes the communication between central station and substation.
