Recycling and recovery information
When designing packaging, Sprecher Automation takes great care to promoting the circular economy and sustainability, be it for sales packaging, grouped packaging and transport packaging.
In order to promote the objectives of the DIRECTIVE 94/62/EC (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/ALL/?uri=celex%3A31994L0062), the so called EU Packaging Directive, and the respective national implementations, we offer various sources of information to make it easier for all economic operators in the supply chain to make the right decisions when dealing with packaging waste.
- Many of the packaging materials are labelled directly on the material itself with the corresponding recycling code in accordance with Commission Decision 97/129/EC (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dec/1997/129/).
- Each packaging group (e.g. SPRECON equipment, cabinets, etc.) is provided with information on recycling and recovery on delivery (e.g. using labels, QR codes, etc.).
- On this website you will find detailed information on the best possible recycling and utilisation of packaging.
