As an apprentice at Sprecher Automation, you will work as a valuable team member from the very beginning. Qualified trainers accompany you and enable you to develop professionally and personally. We know that today's apprentices are tomorrow's highly qualified employees. Many of the specialists and managers started their career at Sprecher Automation with an apprenticeship!
We know how important this decision is for you and also offer trial apprenticeships – so you can get a better picture, meet other apprentices and ask questions. Our apprentices always start their training in September and we are happy that we will be training apprentices again this year.

Our Apprenticeships
Whether in the technical or commercial field – at our location in Linz / Austria we train apprentices in three apprenticeship professions.
Your benefits with us
Even as an apprentice, you can largely adapt the start and end of work to your needs.
We will gladly support you to the best of our ability in starting your Matura right during your apprenticeship.
For excellent learning successes at vocational school and in the final examination, you will receive vouchers and gifts in kind.
You get a meal every day at a very attractive price, we pay the difference to the full price.
- We offer you taster days (i.e. as part of the schools' work experience days) at our company. This is the best way to get to know each other.
- Whether we invite you to a taster apprenticeship is also up to you. Acceptance depends on your performance at school, we cannot make it possible for all students to do a trial apprenticeship. Therefore, the following requirements also apply to trial apprenticeships:
- Pre-selection on the basis of the school report
- Grades in mathematics, physics, technical crafts and geometric drawing at least "satisfactory" or better.
- Mittelschule students must have "in-depth general education" or "AHS-Standard" in mathematics.
- IMPORTANT: Fill in the required "declaration" and sign it or have it signed by the school and your legal guardian. Please send it to us with your application. This way, we have all the relevant signatures, know your preferred date(s) and you will receive an answer from us more quickly.
- In order to keep your concentration throughout the whole time, we invite you to lunch in our canteen.

We look forward to receiving your individual application including a photo. If you need a template, you are welcome to use our application form. Be sure to include the annual report card of the last compulsory school class you completed.

Our admission procedure
- Preselection on the basis of the school report: grades in mathematics, physics, technical handicrafts and geometric drawing at least "satisfactory" or better, Mittelschule students in mathematics necessarily with "in-depth general education" or "AHS-Standard".
- Aptitude test
- Interview
